About AMHC

AMHC Management, L.L.C. is a family owned company headquartered in Barrington, Illinois. Our organization operates 15 manufactured home communities owned through a number of limited liability companies. The company was founded in 1974, although our predecessor company dates back to 1969.

Principal Officers

Irwin Shechtman, co-founder of the company, is chief executive officer. He is an attorney and a certified public accountant and has experience in many fields of real estate in addition to manufactured home communities. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois and Harvard Law School.

Steven Goldman, co-founder of the company, is senior counsel. He is an attorney and has experience in many fields of real estate in addition to manufactured home communities. He is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Law School.
